Reflexology  -  Application of pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, hands and/or ears to stimulate and balance other parts of the body.

Acupressure  -  Application of pressure on specific points of the meridians to release energy blockages and to support the energy flow in the body.

Massage  -  Relaxation massage to focus on specific areas as needed.

Baguanfa  -  Use of negative pressure to stretch soft tissues, increase circulation, loosen adhesions  and release toxins.
