Reflexology
Reflexology relaxes and balances the whole body by applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, hands and ears. Most commonly the reflexes of the feet are worked on but adding the reflexes of the hands and/or ears can deepen the effect.
Reflexology is both an ancient and new healing form. It has roots in many cultures where working on the feet was used to promote health. By stimulating the reflex points the body's imbalances are corrected enabling the body to function better and heal itself.
