| Nancy Sides, LMP, CR, Certified Qigong Teacher
Nancy began working as a Licensed Massage Practitioner over 15 years ago. She loves the way it helps people relax, release discomfort & pain and rebalance emotions. Our bodies have the capability to do so much healing and massage gives us that needed boost Massage/bodywork supports us in getting back on the path of recovery.
While working as a massage practitioner she became aware of the energy within our bodies. So started her exploration into acupressure and qigong. She studied with many wonderful teachers and masters. The benefits expanded from the physical to the emotional and the spiritual.
From studying acupressure, it wasn't far to move into reflexology. It's magnificent how pressing points on the hands, feet and ears can effect the entire person. The wholeness of the body becomes so clear after a reflexology session.
The most recent discovery Nancy has made is Baguana or Suction Cup Therapy. It is a tradition from most every culture in the world. It adds another dimension to the work she already h as to offer. By pulling up on the soft tissues, the muscles stretch gently, the fluids flow in and around the area nourishing and releasing tension.
There are many paths to healing...and they can change as we progress. When you find what works for you, the journey begins.
